">The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, personable professional with a balance of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. They bring a collaborative spirit and a guest-focused mindset, along with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A background in event coordination within hospitality or a similar setting is preferred, as is a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. They are proficient in event planning platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, and are comfortable with standard office and point-of-sale systems. Above all, they are organized, solution-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences through seamless events and outstanding service.
