H&P Executive Search have partnered with a Life Science Technology Solutions provider who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing Commercialization team.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
Working with the Commercialization & Strategy leadership, you will help drive the Business Development efforts across given region.
Responsibilities
- Managing and building relationships with Biotech & Biopharma organizations
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Work with Senior Leadership to devise, implement and role out new business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Life sciences, biotech or biopharma experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
