Job Description
CTR Group is seeking Shop Helpers - Composite Tech Trainees for an Aerospace Company in Newport News, VA.
Pay Rate : $18 - $20 per hour, and higher for skilled Composite Techs

SUMMARY :
Under direct guidance of higher level employees to perform duties involving construction and installation of model parts.
Great opportunity to learn a new skill!
- Assist in set ups and layups
- Assist in laminating and trimming operations.
- Prepare materials for construction.
- Related duties as assigned.
- Use all hand tools.
- Painting and decaling per instructions.
- Daily / special housekeeping duties.
- Implement all safety policy and hazardous waste communications.
REQUIREMENTS :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good hand skills
- Carpenter Helpers, Auto Mechanic Helpers, or former military or reservists with hands-on experience would be ideal..
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Must be US citizen
