The Role :
As a Rework Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing vendor dispatch, service coordination, and material logistics for rework activities. Key responsibilities include issuing service and task orders, handling RFQ processes, tracking vendor schedules, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and partners. You will collaborate with procurement, field service teams, and regional centers to optimize rework operations. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. This remote role requires experience in customer service, proficiency in SAP / CRM, and familiarity with the PV / BESS industry.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the dispatch of Vendors to provide onsite service.
- Issue Service Purchase Orders or Task Orders as required for Vendors.
- Communicate professionally and effectively by phone and email with Vendors on spare parts needs, dispatching and return of material.
- Place material orders for rework cases.
- Handle and initiate RFQ process.
- Communicates with customers on the status of the arrival of vendors and / or materials.
- Review dispatch board to ensure Vendor’s schedules make best use of time / costs.
- Coordinates data entry in SAP and CRM based on Service daily reports and service report that are turned in.
- Works cross functionally with procurement, third party partners, regional competency center and field service staff.
- Assists in maintaining rework database, including customer data, service reports, and photographs.
- Anticipate and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
- Build and track required plans and schedules to conduct rework activities for multiple projects and sites as assigned.
- Verify Vendor invoices correspond with services provided.
- Provide feedback to supervisor regarding scheduling for new site.
- Ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating accountability to achieve results.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Adhere to security protocols and training, maintaining alignment with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company mission, values, and goals.
Education or Desired Licenses and Certificates :
Over 5 years of experience in a customer service roleBachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent experiencePreferred experience in the PV / BESS industrySkills and Abilities :

Compensation commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits package and employee programsStrong personal and company growth opportunitiesFor candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
