Pay : $30 / hr. onw2
Duties / Responsibilitiesshall include but are not limited to :
- Assistpatient / youth with activities of daily living and provide nursingcare under the direction of a Registered Nurse;
- Performand document rounds of patient / youth receiving medical and / orpsychiatric care and report changes in patient / youth condition tothe RN;
- Obtain specimens for diagnostictesting;
- Assist other noncustody staff to providepatient / youth care;
- Prepare documentation forpatient / youth transfers to other Institutions / Facilities or tripsto specialty appointments;
- Complete all requireddocumentation of patient / youth care provide written or oral reportsand record entries in logbooks;
Clean maintain and checkequipment; and
Check inventory order and checksupplies
