1. Prepare and submit formal appeals to PBM's and payers for underpaid claims
2. Act as a liaison between member pharmacies and PBM's
3. Notify pharmacies of appeal outcomes and provide guidance for future submissions
knowledge and familiatiry with documentation platforms such as emails and ticketing systems
Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks
Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
knowledge and familiarity with Data analysis tools such as excel helpful but not required
