Join our Festival Foods team as an online personal shopper! Weekdays, 18+. Looking for a flexible and engaging role in retail? As an online personal shopper, you'll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceriespicked with care and ready for pickup. If you enjoy working independently and making someone's day a little easier, this is the role for you!

Job Description

What You'll Do :

• Carefully select products for our online grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
• Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
• Maintain a clean and organized online grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
• Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must work in hot and cold environments

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day

Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials

Work Schedule

The online shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week). The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This part-time online personal shopper role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
