Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Knorex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth. You'll represent Knorex XPO, our AI-powered omnichannel advertising platform, and will be at the forefront of engaging agencies, brands, and enterprise clients across North America.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital advertising ecosystem, knows how to open doors with senior-level marketers, and enjoys the challenge of turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate new qualified opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Secure meetings and demos for the sales and business development teams, exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers across agencies, brands, and franchises to build targeted outreach lists.
  • Execute a consultative, value-driven outreach approach, articulating how Knorex XPO's capabilities can solve customer challenges.
  • Manage, track, and report all outreach activities through the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and share market feedback.
  • Stay current on AdTech, MarTech, and programmatic trends to effectively position Knorex's differentiation.
  • Uphold the highest standard of professionalism, communication, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
