Minimum Qualifications :
Required Education :
High school graduate or equivalent education / experience that equates to a high school diploma
Experience Required :
Experience with accounting and / or bookkeeping
Experience supervising
Experience creating policies and procedures
Experience with software such as spreadsheets, word processing and databases
Experience working in an office environment
Additional Considerations :
Education Preferred :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Accounting, Information Systems or other closely related field
Experience Preferred :
Experience managing a one-card program with Blackboard Transact, or similar ID card software system, in a college or university setting
Experience with eVA procurement system
Training and experience with the Banner system
Experience as a cashier
Experience with contract administration and management in a college or university setting
