Job description

Administrative Coordinator 3

Semi-professional clerical work, which includes managing the Central Supply, Payroll / primary Timekeeper, and purchasing in the Nursing Department. Filing, and managing contracts for the orders placed. Review employee schedules, leave slips, complete all Prior Period Adjustments and distribute supplies to the four nursing units.

Minimum Qualifications : Two years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties :

  • Enter payroll in the payroll system, serve as Unit Payroll Manager, Property Control officer and Timekeeper. Assure all leave slips are signed before entering into the Payroll System.
  • Collaborates with the RN Assistant Director of Nursing for guidance and daily task for the four nursing units.
  • Completes Three parts to document ordered supplies and returns. Review employee schedules, leave slips, complete all Prior Period Adjustments and distributes supplies to the four nursing units and return incorrect orders for credit.
  • Investigate payroll and ordered supplies for complaints and unusual occurrences, documenting findings and proposing plans of action to the RN Assistance Director of Nursing.

  • Appointment Type : Probational
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
  • Compensation : Depending on experience
