Semi-professional clerical work, which includes managing the Central Supply, Payroll / primary Timekeeper, and purchasing in the Nursing Department. Filing, and managing contracts for the orders placed. Review employee schedules, leave slips, complete all Prior Period Adjustments and distribute supplies to the four nursing units.

Minimum Qualifications : Two years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
