The Role

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the Project Manager will drive and guide disciplined execution through the use of consistent methodologies, processes, and strong communication skills for the successful implementation of Arine products. You will be a passionate advocate for Arine and ensure the platform is implemented on time and with high quality to meet our clients' business needs.

What You'll be Doing

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to drive a smooth client transition from the sales cycle through implementation launch with client and internal teams
• Manage and oversee multiple client implementations and internal company and / or team initiatives simultaneously
• Manage cross-functional internal team to meet milestones and timelines outlined in the SOW, project charter, and work plan
• Serve as escalation point for risks, issues, and decisions one or more implementations simultaneously
• Maintain a deep understanding of Arine's products and platform to inform key business requirements and decisions during implementations
• Collaborate on communication plans and drive accountability for obtaining final approvals on client deliverables
• Lead key internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices for implementation processes, workflows, and tools
• Be accountable for successful on-time implementation deliveries and client satisfaction to meet both client and organizational goals
• Partner with Customer Success teams to lead a smooth client transition from implementation to ongoing operations and account management

The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is : $110,000-125,000 / year.

Job Requirements

All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures. Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.
