Providence is partnering with a local private practice to hire an OB / GYN to the Portland, Oregon area. We're a team of dedicated OB / GYN physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners and counselors honoring who it is that walks through our doors every day, as they define and know themselves to be. • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited program, with a valid Oregon license
• Completion of an ACGME OB / GYN residency program (or anticipated completion prior to starting)
• Board certified or board eligible in obstetrics / gynecology
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate
• Ability to obtain medical staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges in OB / GYN at local hospitals, with no restrictions or conditions
• Meets all criteria required of participating physicians in health plans and government health programs
