As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software.

Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions.

Well give you amazing continuous training support for everything.

Get paid $18+ per hour²

Receive $300 bonus for 5 days of training¹

5 days of training, 8hr / day with 1hr lunch break

Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 10pm EST Monday to Sunday³

You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate.

To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following :

This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.

Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.

The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.

Must have :

1+ years of customer service or sales experience required

¹ To receive the $300.00 paid training bonus, if the following criteria are met : Must complete all 5 days of training, graduate, and complete 10 calls² Starting Pay $18.

00 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 10PM EST.
