Salary Range : $80,000- 110,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Accountant :
Assist with the preparation of the federal consolidated tax returnPrepare federal and state partnership and LLC tax returnsPrepare and review multistate income and franchise tax returns (combined / unitary as well as separate state income tax returns)Assist with the preparation and review of the Company's consolidated quarterly and annual income tax provision calculationsAssist with IRS and state tax authority auditsAssist with the preparation and review of quarterly estimated income tax paymentsPerform tax research and analysis on special projects as neededIdentify and implement federal and state tax planning opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of diverse US federal and state & local tax legislation and US GAAP financial statement reporting requirements for taxes (ASC 740)Requirements of the Senior Tax Accountant :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 3.0 GPA or higherBig 4 experience highly preferredCPA or CPA Eligible is a plus#LI-MC2
