Position Overview The Pronto Network is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively with minimal supervision, and is eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a passion for marketing, especially in driving engagement across digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities Maintain a busy marketing communication calendar.

Collaborate with manufacturer sponsors to fulfill communication requirements.

Assist in the design, content creation, and production of marketing materials.

Coordinate and support internal and external communications.

Work with graphic designers on newsletters, national advertising, and other creative projects.

Compile and distribute reports and proof of performance for marketing programs.

Support planning for national conferences, trade shows, and other events.

Manage and maintain contact distribution lists, database management.

Collaborate with team members on marketing communications, promotions, and programs.

Provide updates to Business Development Managers on key communications.

Assist other departments with tasks as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external communications.

Proficient in social media platform management.

Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.

Experience collaborating across business functions.
