Marketing Assistant (Junior to Mid-Level) Position Overview : The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, organizing events, assisting with sales enablement materials, and managing digital tools and platforms. Comp is 55-60K + bonuses. Responsibilities : Provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing and sales teams. Assist in the planning, coordination, and setup of industry trade shows and events (hundreds per year, though travel required is Manage and update project workflows using com and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Support execution of MarCom strategies, including content distribution, collateral creation, and internal communications. Help coordinate and post content for social media channels and digital platforms. Maintain accurate records of marketing assets, event materials, and promotional items. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support field sales efforts with timely materials and communication. Track and manage timelines, logistics, and vendor communications for events and tradeshows. Qualifications : 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordinator role (medical device or healthcare industry experience a plus). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with com highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Some knowledge or interest in marketing communications and social media strategy.
