Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing | Garner, NC | $100K–$120K
LHH is hiring for a leading manufacturing facility in Garner, NC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across its operations. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

- Location : Garner, NC
- Compensation : $100,000–$120,000 base
- Employment Type : Full-time, onsite
- ? Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and prioritize all maintenance activities, including preventive and emergency repairs, to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team performance metrics.
- Cultivate a culture of operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
- Reinforce and evolve Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies using visual management tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute facility upgrades, process enhancements, and expansion projects.
- Drive employee engagement and safety-first mindset throughout the plant.
- Mentor and energize teams to exceed performance goals and foster a culture of innovation.
- ? Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within a process-driven industry.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and influence across all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, including technical writing and data synthesis.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
