Regulatory Specialist

• What You'll Do
• Pre-Construction Compliance :
• Conduct due diligence and manage FUZE SPM tasks for construction approval.
• Review and validate construction documents (1A / 2C surveys, FAA filings, environmental assessments).
• Coordinate with sub-market teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Submit structure forms, initiate NEPA analysis, and manage AM station studies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance during 48-hour post-construction reviews.
• Post-Construction Compliance :
• Perform EME / RFE analysis using IXUS and Atoll tools.
• Review RFDS, field strength plots, and final drawings for accuracy.
• Propose mitigation strategies, signage, and trigger third-party studies as needed.
• Upload documentation to FUZE SPM and ensure in-service approval.
• Resubmit projects when design changes or expired approvals occur.

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr.
