Radiology / Cardiology - Dosimetrist

Dosimetrist Can be fully REMOTE or ONSITE - depends on preference 4x10s Hours are flexible - can be variable between 0630-1830 REQUIRED : Certification in Medical Dosimetry through the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB) -OR- Receipt of certification in Medical Dosimetry through the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD) One year of clinical experience performing radiation therapist treatment planning. Eclipse, Mosaiq, MIM, and Microsoft Teams / Excel experience Dosimetrist is familiar with the technical characteristics of the radiotherapy platform and has training / expertise necessary to design, develop and implement radiotherapy plans by means of computer and / or manual computation. The Dosimetrist supports and implements safe patient care practices, and is cognizant of and supports the Hospital and the department s mission statements. The medical dosimetrist must accurately transfer and document treatment parameters either manually or electronically. Written and oral communication skills are required
