About The Position

Description :
The role involves providing specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs.
Candidates should be prepared to work with patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injury, and other neurological diagnoses.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position includes every third weekend and holidays as needed.
All hires will be required to float between different units if necessary.
Candidates should possess strong skills in patient assessment and medication reconciliation.
Additional responsibilities include dressing changes, setting up sterile procedure trays, and performing laboratory specimen collection.
The team will include interdisciplinary support from various health care professionals, offering a collaborative approach to patient care.
The expected patient ratio is 1 nurse to 6 patients.
Compliance with all requirements is necessary to ensure readiness for the position.
Candidates must be aware of and meet all pre-employment requirements prior to starting.
