Transcript All right. So, my favorite part of being a team is that I really get to kind of call the entire center my team.

I work along with our HR. I work with our leadership. I work with our current production lead team and our representatives to compile data, look into trends on the back end, look and see if there's anything going on with our transfer matrix, scope of support, things like that.

So, working with this team here is incredible. Everybody is always willing to help. Everybody is always willing to help investigate, and determine things, and just to make it all an all around better place as a center, as a company, and for our customers, which is the ultimate goal.

Andrew Martinez : My job is to listen and provide solutions for any technical issues that my customers might have. My name is Andy Martinez and I'm a customer service representative for Spectrum.

It is challenging. It is a new experience every day. Every day, you have different sets of customers. Being able to help out that many people in so many different ways leaves you feeling fulfilled and satisfied.

Customer Service Representatives help troubleshoot service issues and handle billing inquiries for Spectrum customers.

There are different customer service rules here at Spectrum. Whether it's answering a question about a customer's bill or assisting them with issues on their internet, phone or cable, we here at Spectrum strive to find the perfect solution for our customers.

Andy works at one of Spectrum's many Customer Service Call Centers, which bring thousands of jobs to the communities we serve.

• Full-time entry-level to mid-level customer service role troubleshooting and resolving customer technical cable and video service issues, including repair, billing, and accounts.
• Profile : A tech-savvy problem solver who can multitask to repair a variety of services and equipment. Internet / Voice Repair Representatives use patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer interactions.
