Senior Manager Process Design

A company is looking for a Sr. Mngr / Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients on program design to align with technical workflows and process standards

Support Program Ops and BA in ensuring accurate capture and translation of workflows

Assist with data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project / operations management or customer service

Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing and Reimbursement experience

Direct experience liaising between client-facing teams and technology delivery teams

Power User Salesforce CRM experience with skills in reporting and dashboard creation

Experience with data mapping and migration, and working with offshore & near-shore teams
