Job Description

Primary Purpose of Role : The Travel & Expense Manager is responsible for supervising the company's global travel and expense program, including policy governance, corporate credit card administration, Concur system management, and vendor relationships. This role ensures cost-efficient travel management, robust internal oversight, while maintaining detailed accrual financial reports and improving employee travel satisfaction.

Scope Factors? : + Manage a ~$9M (2026 forecast) travel program + Travel base of ~1,450 frequent travelers + Support corporate credit card program with more than 1300 cardholders + Manage 1 direct report and support global team members supporting T&E management.
