Are you a dynamic recruiter with a passion for the tech industry? We're seeking a driven 360 Tech Recruiter to join a growing UK-based recruitment agency that specialises in sourcing top technology talent. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement across the fast-paced UK tech sector.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of UK tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers)
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular engagement and consultative selling
• Writing compelling job adverts and utilising LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms to attract top tech talent
• Negotiating terms of business with clients and managing contract / perm placements
• Staying informed about UK tech market trends and client hiring needs
• Meeting recruitment KPIs, including revenue, placements, and client activity
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimise candidate and client experience
