• ?? Your Role as a CRNA
• Schedule : 3x12s rotating days / nights, in-house call
• Setting : 24 ORs, no cardiac / CT surgery
• Cases : Full surgical spectrum + limited peds (dental, tonsils, tubes)
• Travel : May rotate between 2 close-knit campuses (10 min apart)
• Team : Collaborative practice model with full autonomy-no residency program

• ?? Qualifications
• Master's degree in Advanced Nursing Practice
• NY State APRN license (or in process)
