The Position

Stasher is seeking a contract Director, Digital Marketing to efficiently drive omnichannel traffic and conversion while supporting efforts to increase awareness among Stasher’s LOHAS audience. This role oversees all paid efforts, supports creative insights as well as customer journeys. The Senior Director, Digital Marketing is an individual who is highly agile, analytical, and communicative. They are expected to be data-driven in all decision making and transparently report out performance and learnings to leadership and cross-functional partners.

About You

• 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing managing paid tactic, SEO, SEM, and display campaigns
• Proven experience with a high growth brand
• Expertise in reporting and analytics, and can clearly translate data into actionable business insights
• Planning and implementing A / B testing
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ad platform
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Expertise in data analysis, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• A passion for sustainability and Stasher’s mission to reduce single use plastic and a desire to apply this to ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range : This is a contract position that will pay $100 - $150 / hour depending upon experience and location.
