Your essential responsibilities will include :

• Financial recordkeeping : Overseeing and maintaining impeccable financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, inventory tracking, and cost allocations.
• Financial reporting : Preparing precise financial statements covering balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis with compliance to accounting standards.
• Budgeting and forecasting : Developing, implementing, and refining financial plans and forecasts to support long-term goals, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
• Auditing and compliance : Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to tax laws and financial regulations, while strengthening internal controls for risk management.
• Team leadership & collaboration : Leading accounting teams and collaborating across departments, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring IT alignment with operational needs.
• Inventory management : Partnering with supply chain teams to oversee inventory levels, costs, and valuations while ensuring accurate reconciliations.
• System and process improvement : Identifying and driving enhancements in financial procedures, systems, and tools to support decision-making.
• Additional areas of expertise : Engaging in financial planning, cost accounting, profitability analyses, and detailed analysis to support key strategic initiatives.
