Job description

Position : Senior Financial Analyst

Location : Holland, MI

Salary : 80,000-120,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This role supports strategic decision-making through financial planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple business units. The position offers high visibility with senior leadership and involvement in key initiatives including M&A and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop executive-level reports and financial models.
  • Advise leadership with insights and recommendations based on complex financial data.
  • Drive process improvements and mentor junior finance team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic projects.

Qualifications for Senior Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ with a Master's).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry required.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
