Job Overview : We are currently looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. This entry-level Associate Financial Analyst role provides foundational experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support the organization's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include assisting with core financial tasks, learning company processes, and building a strong understanding of fundamental financial principles. The position will collaborate with a global network of finance professionals to consolidate and report financial plans and performance to senior leadership. The role offers exposure to strategic planning and accounting practices through primary support of the Latin America region, as well as ownership of competitive and industry reporting, including preparation of materials for the Board of Directors. Additional responsibilities include driving improvements in reporting and analysis across the team, coordinating and publishing global Orders, Shipments, and Backlog reports, and supporting quarterly planning activities and Board of Directors deliverables.
