Job descriptionCasual Dress Code Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance Advancement Opportunities $19.50 / Hour Full Time Temp to Hire 2nd Shift Assist with tasks related to quality of finished products, raw ingredients and packaging materials. Collect measurements, test and report results on various components to ensure they fall within specification ranges. Ensure that sandwiches are being built to specification. Conduct in line audits / product assessments for specification compliance on food products. Coordinate with production on regulatory and quality issues, and document corrective actions. Ensure GMPs are being followed. Assess facility for sanitary compliance. Collect weights and measurements of finished good products. Ensure package integrity and accuracy. Other duties as assigned. Ability to operate standard lab equipment. Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Be detailed and organized. Problem solving skills. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Knowledge of Food Safety fundamentals is desirable. The ability to read and understand specifications and other technical documents. Strong attention to detail; data and sample collection, accuracy in paperwork. Ability to use a tablet / iPad. Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old No Drug Test Required
