JE Technology Solutions, Inc is looking to add a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to its Sales and Marketing Team. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support the team in creating and implementing campaigns that generate leads and help our sales team build a pipeline of quality prospects for quoting. In addition, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will also ensure that JE Technology is known as a top-notch employer and supplier to the world. In addition, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work across departments to help generate proposals for our aircraft ground support equipment and other metal fabricated products. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, personable and have the proven ability to generate leads via various platforms including social media, search engines, etc. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of a fast-growing company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop email marketing campaigns
• Quickly generate concept designs for sales department using 3D Software
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Attend tradeshows as required
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Work with Sales Dept to develop marketing material to generate leads
• Manage SEO and PPC vendors to ensure optimal company ROI and generation of leads
• An organized and detail-oriented team player that has the ability to take ownership of their projects from concept to completion
• Create internal communication material for company display monitors
• Expresses a variety of visual styles, maintains excellent attention-to-detail skills and effectively works on multiple projects simultaneously
• Design work includes the production of new creative and edit existing templates to include : brand development, visual presentations, logos, brochures, exhibits and signage, posters, interactive presentations, conference and event materials, animations and other digital and print collateral for a wide range of mediums
• Provides graphics support for small and large-scale events to include : brochures, presentations, invitations, and signage and event coverage
• Create dashboard for marketing metrics
• Host clients and vendors.
