Financial Systems Analyst III

Primary Functions :

• Provides financial and / or accounting support to the activity Accounting Department, Budget Department.
• Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets; m easuring organizational performance; assessing the effects of various programs and policies on the budget.
• Develop guidelines and policies governing the formulation and maintenance of budgets.
• May conduct training sessions for company or Government agency personnel regarding new budget procedures.
• Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders.
• Manage finances across multiple funding types.
• Track budgets, costs, and variances.
• Produce executive summaries.

Education / Experience / Skills :

Ability to provide interpret and apply financial management principles; and apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.
