Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Short-Term)

Location : Madison Heights, MI

Duration : Estimated 8 weeks

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30am5 : 00pm ( hour lunch)

Position Overview : We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to support a busy pediatric-focused clinic. This is a short-term role.

Responsibilities (Short-Term)

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk
• Check-in / check-out patients
• Schedule appointments
• Send and receive faxes
• Answer incoming calls and assist with insurance / product inquiries
• Coordinate clinical staff schedules
• Discharge patients and manage medical records
• Prep documents for imaging
• Assist with basic shipping tasks (e.g., sending casts)

The pay range for this position is $29.70 - $32.75 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
