Job Overview
To provide personalized and service-oriented assistance for patients / customers under the supervision of Clinic Manager and Team Leader. The Patient Service Associate implements all aspects of the clerical side of health care delivery to patients / customers. Maintain a positive work relationship with all staff members for the good of the patient / customer and institution.
The employee should demonstrate the ability to provide care and service with individuals of all age groups. Demonstrates actions consistent with St. Thomas Community Health Center’s Service Principles as duties are performed on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality in matters related to co-workers and patients. Adhere to Professionalism with dress code / manners CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
Personable (for meeting / greeting patients / customers), Computer literacy (Mainframe or PC), Set priorities / follow directions, Adjust to various demands, Effective Communication Skills, Cooperative Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Organizational Ability, Time Management, Problem-Solving Skills, Team Work
