Junior Project Coordinator

The Junior Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for Regency, the Investigation Division. Interact with claim departments statewide, as well as investigators, attorneys, external clients and various governmental entities. This is a hybrid position located in California.

How you'll make an impact :

• Scan various documents to the electronic folders.
• Download and save all digital recorded statements, as well as video surveillance obtained to the electronic folders.
• Process requests for surveillance videos and distribute surveillance video to examiners, attorneys and / or physicians, as needed.
• Edit and prepare investigation reports for distribution to designated readers for approval.
• Assist the VP with Marketing material and packets.
• Complete required forms to CA DMV for all Automated Name Index (ANI Request) and CA Driver's History.
• Complete required forms and submit to Logan for outside of state Driver's History.
• Run TLO TransUnion reports for all Surveillance, Social Media and Medical Canvass investigations.
• Other duties as assigned.
