Receive immersive training in advanced modalitiesno prior experience necessary
Maintain continuity of care with your own patient panel
Collaborate on emerging therapies including psychedelic medicine
Work with a dedicated administrative support team
We offer a flexible, highly competitive compensation structure :
Choice of two models : Productivity-based or base salary + incentive
Earning potential : $350,000 - $400,000+
Signing bonus : Up to $100,000
Schedule : In-person with potential for hybrid flexibility
Time off : 4 weeks of PTO

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders
Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include :
Psychotherapy
Medication management
TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy
Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management
Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team (psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, therapists)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date EMRs and documentation
Participate in research and continuing education to advance interventional psychiatry
