As a patrol unarmed professional with Allied Universal at a large manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, and / or emergencies following established protocols. Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management in the course of daily responsibilities. Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly in accordance with company and client requirements. Assist in implementing emergency procedures as directed by management and / or Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
