What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.Support site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related activities.Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with access questions and directions as needed.Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, escalating when appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or breaches of access protocols according to Allied Universal's guidelines.Collaborate with on-site personnel and local authorities during emergency response activities as required.Maintain awareness of the surroundings and promptly address any security-related issues or concerns.What We're Looking For :

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
