Qualifications A Bachelor's degree within business, finance, accounting, engineering or public administration, MBA/MPA desirable but not a requirement. Eight (8) plus years of progressive related consulting experience, including at least one (1) year serving as a project manager in managing similarly sized projects as described Knowledge of public sector operations broadly, specific knowledge or experience in a public sector setting - state or local government, and public utility. Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required. Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.
