LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a full-time onsite role in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience supporting complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan closings
- Track and maintain due diligence checklists, contract deadlines, and post-closing obligations
- Draft corporate resolutions, written consents, and certifications for transactions
- Review and assist with company agreements, easements, and construction-related documents
- Maintain legal files, litigation logs, and corporate filings for all entities
- Prepare documents for signature, ensure accuracy of signature blocks, and act as Notary
- Process legal invoices and assist with day-to-day operations of the legal department
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certification a plus8–10 years of commercial real estate legal experienceActive Florida Notary Public LicenseProficiency with Microsoft Word and OutlookStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information and work independentlyBenefits
