About the Role :

Gameness is looking for a client-focused Account Manager to grow revenue and build lasting relationships in the Brazilian jiu-jitsu market . You'll manage existing accounts, develop new business, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Summary of Position :

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, processing orders, and providing tailored solutions that meet their business needs. The Account Manager will make and receive client calls, document accounts, coordinate with internal teams, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is strategic, client-focused, and committed to building long-term partnerships that support Gameness's continued success.

Essential Functions :

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing accounts through Phone and Email conversations.
• Conduct cold calls as needed and solicit orders from existing commercial customers for martial arts training gear and apparel.
• Manage new and existing account communications regarding new product introductions, revision updates, and available inventory level reporting. Some outbound sales calls will be required.
• Provide customers with product information regarding availability, pricing, promotions, and shipping lead times.
• Enter orders and manage customer information in CRM and related order management systems.
• Manage customer transactions, including order processing, item information, billing reconciliation, and supply chain issues.
• Perform some retail duties, including, but not limited to, retail customer service, returns processing, warehouse organization, and restocking.
