$100,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

About the Role

We\'re seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with deep experience in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time opportunity to work on innovative, consumer-facing products in a dynamic, collaborative environment. If you\'re passionate about low-level communication protocols and want to contribute to cutting-edge embedded and connected device solutions, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain software systems that leverage BLE communication
  • Integrate BLE stacks into custom hardware and ensure reliable connectivity across platforms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, mobile, and QA
  • Optimize for performance, battery usage, and low-latency communication
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and system architecture discussions

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proven expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols and real-world deployment
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems , C / C++, or mobile BLE stack integration (iOS / Android)
  • Solid understanding of wireless communication principles and debugging tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX or Colorado Springs, CO

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with RTOS, firmware development, or custom BLE profiles
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance for wireless products
  • Mobile app development experience related to BLE
