The EDI Operations Support Specialist is a dual-focus role is critical for ensuring smooth daily EDI operations and providing essential administrative and IT support for the office.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily flow of all EDI transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Provide training and guidance on our internal EDI and ERP system to users.
- Provide first-line support for all EDI related issues, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Serve as a key liaison between our employees and our external IT firm, managing ticket escalation and communication.
- Coordinate IT setup for all new hires and manage the account and system shut-off process for exiting employees with the external IT agency.
- Cover the reception desk, greet visitors, manage incoming mail, and answer the main office phone.
- Assist with various office management and administrative tasks.
- Be prepared to take on various ad-hoc operations and administrative projects as needed.
Experience :
2+ years of EDI experienceExperience in EDI coordination, analysis, trading partner setup, testing, troubleshooting, and supportKnowledge of general IT supportExperience with front-office operations helpfulProven ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail in monitoring transactions and managing administrative tasks.Willingness to be cross-trained and adapt to other opportunities and changing priorities within the company.Excellent communication skills#LI-onsite
