Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Specialist in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, managing access control systems, and coordinating communications to support security-related operations throughout the facility. You will be the central point of contact for reporting incidents and relaying critical information, helping to deter potential security-related incidents through your presence and attention to detail. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
