As a Symbiosys Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our key partners, guiding them from campaign planning and launch through optimization to ensure measurable results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution. You'll build proposals, monitor key performance indicators, and develop recommendations. Additionally, you'll foster long-term relationships and identify new growth opportunities, working closely with our Ad Ops and product teams.

Serve as the primary partner to top-tier advertisers, guiding campaigns from kickoff to recap.
Translate client goals into strategies that drive measurable results across channels.

Gain exposure to the fast-evolving retail media ecosystem and shape how Symbiosys shows up to the market.
We're excited about you because...
Bring 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or campaign management in digital media, retail media, or adtech.
Have direct, hands-on experience managing campaigns in advertising platforms (DSPs, retailer ad platforms, or social platforms).
Understand digital advertising KPIs, pacing, and optimization, and can apply them to drive measurable results.
Are proficient in building proposals, managing insertion orders, and working with campaign management tools and spreadsheets.
Can lead client meetings with confidence and communicate clearly across internal teams (Ad Ops, Product, Engineering).
Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
