Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to drive forecasting and demand planning with a focus on corporate finance and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and enhance the budget and long-range planning models for automation and data integration

Build and maintain financial models for various operational metrics including revenue and expenses

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on findings

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field

3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking

Advanced skills in Excel and / or Google Sheets

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial close processes

Proven ability to synthesize complex data into concise insights
