A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Program Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute strategy by translating strategic direction into detailed projects, processes, and timelines

Systemise fraud prevention by building scalable workflows for scam detection, user verification, and abuse handling

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to embed safety processes while supporting growth

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in designing and scaling Trust & Safety processes

Strong project / program management skills with a focus on execution and prioritization

Familiarity with fraud detection tools and automation frameworks

Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and run A / B tests

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
