Traveling Superintendent Federal Construction

This Superintendent will work on federal / government projects nationally.

Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for federal projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to federal standards. Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have :
