Your role in our mission

  • Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products
  • Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, that components integrate properly and that we address the domains of change within the scope of the solution
  • Demonstrate your expertise by providing the client with strategic product advice on deploying business productivity, system-to-system and end-user applications
  • Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies that are new to Gainwell, our clients and the IT field
  • Stimulate high performance by managing and motivating a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clients

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations
  • Experience with Healthcare IT, Medicaid and Payer systems is desired
  • Experience with Claims Adjudication and Processing systems with great understanding of the QNXT Framework and its SQL Server data model.
  • Highly skilled at ASP.NET .NET Framework, .NET 8.0 applied to Web Forms, Web Services and APIs
  • Good understanding of HIPAA ASC X12 transaction sets for healthcare (834, 837, 277, 835, 997 / 9, 270 / 1, 276 / 7, 820) and QNXT.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, SDLC

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
