Job Summary :
The Advanced Business Analyst will be an integral member of an agile development team, responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, conducting user needs assessments, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between technical and customer-facing teams. The Business Analyst will drive process improvement, analyze demands, and prepare documentation to support funding decisions.

Responsibilities :
- Research and understand business processes and their inter-relationships.
- Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications, use cases, and business rules.
- Plan and implement testing for new and existing functionality.
- Gather and document goals and objectives related to business strategy.
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation.
- Understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current and future business environment.
- Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, and analyze gaps.
- Document business cases and feasibility studies.
- Evaluate critical information and summarize data into executive-level formats.
- Assess and analyze demand patterns to identify trends.
- Categorize and prioritize demands based on business impact and strategic alignment.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation to support funding decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Analyze and define processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of five years of business process analysis and systems analysis experience.Proficiency in process mapping / modeling with tools such as Visio.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of data migration.Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, and process modeling.Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using various modeling methodologies.Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices.Ability to produce legible and complete functional documentation.Ability to interpret and communicate technical information.Knowledge of quality assurance and control ideologies, techniques, and tools.Advanced skills with Microsoft products : SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, DevOps, and Project.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
